ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.

We take great care in packaging your skincare products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. All orders are carefully packed to prevent any damage during transit.

To ensure timely delivery, please make sure to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing your order. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team immediately.

PAYMENT

If you decide to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express), you will first be asked to enter your personal information and credit card number on a form. These will then be transmitted to the payment processor via a secure connection. The bank checks the transaction data as well as your line of credit within seconds and transmits the results of the check to the seller. If the results are positive, the agreed amount is charged to your credit card.

We will credit you with the return amount as quickly as possible after receiving your return shipment.
